Gotta have mustard style potatoe salad and put a scoop of it in the bowl of gumbo and try cracking a few eggs into the pot about 10 minutes before it's done but don't stir it you want em whole

Duck, shrimp, and smoked sausage in the gumbo. She's making them teriyaki wings and that pie I made.

Might have to try that. Wife whipped up a batch of tater salad last night. Duck was smoked over Pecan and andoullie from best stop. Ribs come off the pit next.
