No skin off my ass. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. But I always put the Mexican oregano in with the chicken when I make salsa verde chicken enchiladas.

Just had my second failed attempt with spare ribs... Used a hot and fast method this time.Tasted delicious but still tough and the fat didnt render out worth a damn. I'm sticking with loin backs on the 3-2-1 method from now on.
