Way overpriced for the quality of tires. All terrains should just be called "pavement and the dirt in your driveway" terrains. Theyre MT's are even worse.
For winter/snow tires, Cooper M/S are a great tire for the price. Currently im running Dick Cepek Radial FC II, they are wearing like iron, and have been great in the snow, dirt, mud, rain. However, they are not cheap
I think it might be the truck. My f250 was always gettin stuck. My z71 tahoe never got stuck no matter what tires. Hell I have a z71 now with onion slicks and you wouldn't believe some of the ditches it climbed out of back during duck season... Of corse you're from up north and you're probably gonna say our mud isn't as slick down south.
We have clay too. Red clay to be exact.
According to this map you don't

Pffftt! I haven't filled up for less than that for a long, long time...
My truck only holds 20-22 gallons. Something like $3.15/gallon. 2 weeks ago it was $2.95/gallon.

Child's play when compared to meridian basin mud.

I'm not familiar with meridian basin mud but if it's the stuff where you literally don't move when wet, then it's very similar to what we have here.I'm still trying to figure out the stuff I have to deal with, so far I have been avoiding it if there's even a chance of precipitation. Luckily everything out here drys pretty fast once the rain stops.
