the recipe is pretty much it minus the hot sauce and roux.i usually brown the vegetables down to get the dark color then brown the meat then add all seasoning and add fresh onions and bell pepper and cook till soft then add ur cooked rice and fresh chopped green onions and eat.i season and add rice to taste.

Or if you can get it use Richards or savoies rice dressing mix and add onions and bell peppers and tonys seasoning and add rice to ur liking

Then learn the microwave method and just be sure to stop before it's the color you're after, as the oil isn't done cooking just because the microwave is.

I'm about to eat a $0.78 can of Wal-mart brand Macaroni and "Beef" that was best by in 06/03/2008. This can was bought my first year in Michigan I bet.
