Canjuns can cook better than most demographics America has IMO. Also had some fried fish and some kind of bean/rice deal that was awesome.

i just cook em down in the gravy with the turtle but I don't over cook em.i like to mash em up and mix the yoke up in the gravy

canjuns will agree with you, but im not going to.if you look in the right places people can cook all over the country.
snapping turtle can be very tasty.that being said if i helped a friend move they best not try to buy my kindness with turtle stew

for me not liking venison,this photo has made me hungry. even that damn boudin looks tasty
