Helped my Canjun co worker move this weekend and he repaid me with a turtle stew dinner tonight. Pretty good!

Canjuns can cook better than most demographics America has IMO. Also had some fried fish and some kind of bean/rice deal that was awesome.

i just cook em down in the gravy with the turtle but I don't over cook em.i like to mash em up and mix the yoke up in the gravy

Getting together for this 3D shoot, and fired up my smoker which I brought. Chicken, boudin, deer roasts, and a deer shoulder. Two muskrats boiling.
